Trauma can be experienced in so many different ways. It can be the bullying your faced all throughout school, the past relationship that ended terribly, your parents putting pressure on you to be the best and ever fail. Trauma can be described as the physical manifestation of emotional pain that's stored in the body and nervous system. When we experience something traumatic it can continue to impact our functioning, relationships and sense of self. At Creative Path to Healing, we are here to help you move through the trauma and finally experience freedom. We use various trauma-informed techniques including Art Therapy, EMDR, IFS and others.
