At Creative Path To Healing, we use techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help you break away from your people-pleasing patterns. We approach people-pleasing from a curious stance, working to get to know your parts and the function they play within your system. We take the time to learn how these behavior have protected you in the past and present. You’ll learn how to set boundaries, have healthy relationships, be assertive and gain back your sense of power and breakaway from passive behaviors.
